The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch effective until 4:15 pm in many South Carolina counties. The National Weather Service Dopplar Radar has indicated tornadic rotation near Shoulder Bone, Ga., moving east at 40 mph. A tornado warning remains in effect for that area.
