Lower Richland subdivision remains under boil water advisory

Friday, April 08, 2011 A boil water advisory has been issued for the Franklin Park Subdivision in Lower Richland County. The Richland County Utilities Department says the alert is just a precaution after a water line broke and dropped pressure to customers.
