According to multiple media outlets, 33-year-old Misty Watford was arrested in mid-July for soliciting prostitution during a sting. Later in the month, she was picked up for driving under the influence after serving time for her first arrest. A spokesperson for the school district tells WACH Fox News Watford, who has worked for the district for three years, has been placed on administrative leave as a result of her legal situation.

A judge in South Carolina says a Johnson & Johnson subsidiary must pay the state $327 million for deceptive marketing of an antipsychotic drug. Spartanburg County Judge Roger Couch on Friday ordered Janssen Pharmaceutica, Inc. to make the payment for violations of the South Carolina Unfair Trade Practices Act.
