James Plymale was getting ready for work about 8 a.m. when a neighbor told him she couldn't find her grandchild and asked Plymale to help look for him. They walked to the pond on Daniel Road in the neighborhood and found the boy. Plymale pulled him out and started CPR. In the meantime, family called 911.
