Tuesday, January 01, 2013  Richland County Deputy Curtis Wilson said, a man and woman were at a residence on Powell Road in Northeast Richland County. The woman shot the man, who Wilson said is her boyfriend. The man was taken to Palmetto Health Richland, where he died.
