The mortgage mess is affecting families all across the country. More than a million homes nation-wide are in foreclosure. Here in South Carolina nearly 58-thousand home loans are delinquent. A number lawmakers want see lowered. Congressman Jim Clyburn says a nationwide housing advocacy group known as NACA can get lenders to actually lend a helping hand to those who need it.
