COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) -- A South Carolina Republican lawmaker says he's running for lieutenant governor in 2010. Rep. Ted Pitts of Lexington says he will make an official announcement on Wednesday. Pitts is a commercial real estate broker and South Carolina Army National Guard member.
