Thursday, May 19, 2011  Police say they've arrested the driver involved in last Monday's fatal Lexington hit and run thanks to tips from community members and evidence from the scene.  The Lexington Police Department announced the arrest of Randall Houston Nordan who they say hit and killed kitchen manager Hiram Juarez Miller shortly after 2:30 a.m. at the corner of Industrial Boulevard and South lake Drive.
