Officials say a Georgia man drowned during a fishing trip on Lake Marion in accident that four others survived. The Clarendon County Coroner's Office says 48-year-old Frank Fisher Jr. of Ellabel, Ga., drowned Friday when waves overtook the boat he was in, causing it to capsize.
