The Richland County Sheriff's Department arrested 23-year-old Jabriel Jones after responding to a bank robbery call at the TD Bank on Farrow Road around 5:21 p.m. Employees told investigators the suspect gave a note to the teller demanding money. He then fled without taking any money, but dropped his drivers' license during his escape.
