Student suing school district over graduation prayer

Thursday, May 31, 2012 When Irmo High School graduates walked across the stage to accept their diplomas this week one of them says he felt like he wasn't part of the process. Max Nielson is suing Lexington-Richland School District Five for allowing prayer at the graduation ceremony.
