The Orangeburg County Sheriff's Department is sending a clear message to copper thieves. Authorities are partnering with Sunshine Recycling to offer free invisible paint to residents. Sheriff Leroy Ravenell says the goal is to have property owners spray items, like an air conditioner, with distinct markings.
