(AP) -- South Carolina officials say they've captured an inmate who escaped by stealing a county-owned sport utility vehicle and driving away from his work assignment. The Sun News of Myrtle Beach reports that 25-year-old Robert Alan Eagan was captured around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in Myrtle Beach.
