PICKENS, S.C. (AP) -- Sentencing for a Tennessee man who confessed to raping and strangling a South Carolina college student, Tiffany Souers, is set to resume next month. Prosecutors said Tuesday the hearing to determine if Jerry Buck Inman gets a death sentence will start again April 20.
