The spokesman for House Speaker Bobby Harrell said Friday the Charleston Republican believes the incentives should remain. Greg Foster said the "Army Wives" television series shows how lucrative studio productions can be, with producers buying from local businesses and cast members relocating. The House renewed the incentive package in its budget plan for the fiscal year that starts July 1. But the Senate removed it from theirs this week.
