A Richland county man was arrested earlier this week accused of showing false documents that implied he was a license contractor. 66-year-old James Warren is also accused of stealing thousands from a homeowner. Deputies say somebody paid Warren 12-thousand dollars to repair their roof and foundation. According to the victim Warren never did any work. That's a scenario all too familiar to another midlands family.
