In 2008, 12-year-old T.J. Darrisaw approached a house on Wise Drive. Multiple shots were fired killing the 12-year-old and wounding his brother and father. Chief Patterson says Quentin Patrick never opened the door of his home when he started shooting at the family. He fired more than 29 shots, later telling police he thought the 'masked men' were coming to rob him.

Sumter) The Grand Jury issued indictments today against Quentin Patrick. Patrick is accused in Halloween 2008 killing 12- year-old Tony Darrisaw, and wounding the boy's father and brother while they were trick or treating. Police say Patrick fired more than 30 shots with an assault rifle when the group came to his doorstep to trick or treat.
