South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley's vetoes of state cash for the first-in-the-South Republican presidential primary have been defeated in the Legislature. The House on Wednesday voted 102-6 and 100-7 to override Haley's vetoes for funding the 2012 primary. The Senate followed later with two veto override votes.
