When arrested, he is expected to be charged with First Degree Assault and Battery, Robbery (Common Law).He and three co-defendants are accused of robbing and beating a man at 2108 Devine Street on May 18, 2012 shortly after 1 o’clock in the morning.

Thursday, September 29, 2011  Twenty-six-year old Dustin Humphries turned himself in Wednesday for his involvement that left a 41-year-old man severely injured after a brawl in the parking lot of Pavlov's bar early Saturday morning.

Saturday, September 24, 2011  A fight at a Five Points business parking lot leaves a man in critical condition. Investigators are in the process of determining if the fight was captured on surveillance video.
