Gamecocks quarterback Stephen Garcia is back with the team. The school announced Monday that Garcia will be allowed to participate in voluntary summer workouts with the football team. Garcia had been serving an indefinite suspension from the program since April.

ESPN is reporting that starting quarterback Stephen Garcia was suspended for having alcohol in his breath and being "disruptive and loud" at a mandatory leadership function. Sports reporter Chris Low says sources say Garcia admitted to drinking before the event.
