The armed robbery occurred shortly after 9:00 p.m. at the Church’s Chicken located at 4720 Devine Street on October 9, 2012. Police say, the unidentified suspect allegedly entered the store, pointed a handgun at several workers and demanded money.

Arrest warrants have been drawn for Tyrone Derek Mitchell-Blakeney. When arrested, he is expected to be charged with First Degree Assault and Battery, Robbery (Common Law).He and three co-defendants are accused of robbing and beating a man at 2108 Devine Street on May 18, 2012 shortly after 1 o’clock in the morning.
