A committee trying to hash out where the state line between North Carolina and South Carolina lies is meeting again. The Joint Boundary Commission will hear Friday at a meeting in Rock Hill from residents affected by the group's new survey of the state line and may suggest ways to help ease the bureaucratic nightmare those people face.
