Tuesday, January 31, 2012  A North Carolina man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to killing a South Carolina man in a wreck in Spartanburg County. Twenty-two-year-old Brian O'Neal Robinson of Forest City, N.C., pleaded guilty in Spartanburg on Monday to felony driving under the influence involving a death.
