Wednesday, August 24, 2011  Columbia-Richland Fire Chief Aubrey Jenkins says Pierre Shawn Daye was arrested at department headquarters Wednesday.  Daye has been charged with the arson of the building on Abingdon Rd. in the Eau Claire neighborhood.
