Monday, November 26, 2012  Along with the record breaking high, gas prices in the Midlands have risen 5 cents over the past week to an average of $3.15 a gallon.  The national average however, has remained stable over the last 7 days at $3.43, according to the gas website.

Monday, September 17, 2012  The pain at the pump continues with the report from ColumbiaGasPrices.com’s report that the price of a gallon of gas has risen over 4 cents in the last week, to an average of $3.63.  Nationally, the price is up just over 2 cents to $3.86 a gallon.

Monday, August 27, 2012  Another week of more pain at the pump, as gas prices in the Midlands have risen nearly 4 cents a gallon to an average of $3.47.  On the national petrol scene, a 3 cent increase brings the average price for a gallon of gas to $3.73, all according to ColumbiaGasPrices.com.

Monday, August 20, 2012  The Midland’s pain at the pump are up a little over 4 cents a gallon to $3.42, according to ColumbiaGasPrices.com.  Nationally, the rise was about 2 cents less than the Midlands, however, the national price remains a heafty $3.70 a gallon.
