The House Ethics Committee is officially reopening an ethics complaint against Governor Nikki Haley. The six-member panel voted unanimously Wednesday to re-visit allegations that Haley illegally lobbied for two previous employers while she was a state representative.

South Carolina's top ethics official says Lt. Gov. Ken Ard was fined $48,400 this week partially because he and his attorney provided innacurate information to ethics investigators. State Ethics Commission Executive Director Herb Hayden says Ard illegally used campaign money for personal uses such as vacation, clothes and iPads. What do you think of the story?
