Newberry County officials have ordered some residents to evacuate after a truck carrying explosive material overturned.The sheriff's office said Tuesday afternoon a half-mile area was being evacuated around the wreck site near Kinards as a precaution.Officials say a truck carrying ammonium nitrate and blasting caps overturned near U.S. 76 and state Highway 560.
