    Wednesday, October 10, 2012  A group that promotes the use of alternative fuels is taking part in an event at the University of South Carolina. The Palmetto State Clean Fuels Coalition is holding its National Alternative Fuel Vehicle Day Odyssey on Wednesday outside the Russell House at the university's Columbia campus. The event is one of more than 160 being held across the country.
