Wednesday, May 09, 2012  Justin Hubbard of Orangeburg appeared in bond court Wednesday.  According to Orangeburg County Sheriff Leroy Ravenell, Hubbard and a 14-year old stole the items Sunday night.  They are also accused of damaging 20 offices and classrooms.
