Thursday, September 29, 2011  The Richland County Sheriff's Department arrested 23-year-old Jabriel Jones after responding to a bank robbery call at the TD Bank on Farrow Road around 5:21 p.m.   Employees told investigators the suspect gave a note to the teller demanding money.  He then fled without taking any money, but dropped his drivers' license during his escape.

Thursday, September 15, 2011  Richland County officials say a body was found in an abandoned trailer on a rural road.  Deputies discovered the body around 3 p.m. Thursday on the 10400 block of Farrow Road.

Friday, April 08, 2011  Richland County officials announced the arrests of 36-year-old Adrian Lawrence and 35-year-old Michael Gilbert Thursday evening. Lawrence and Gilbert are accused of shooting 28-year-old Benjamin Moultrie, Jr. in the parking lot of the Waffle House just before 4 a.m. Wednesday, then assaulting him.

Wednesday, April 06, 2011  Twenty-eight-year-old Benjamin Moultrie, Jr. was found dead with multiple gunshot wounds to the chest just before 4 a.m. in the Waffle House parking lot according to deputies.
