Official Contest Rules

The following rules represent the material terms and conditions of the above named contest. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these contest rules.

1. HOW TO ENTER OR PARTICIPATE
a) No purchase is necessary.
b) This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
c) THIS IS AN ONLINE ENTRY CONTEST ONLY.
d) Log on to http://www.midlandsconnect.com/pluscontest/?id=2805 and complete the entry form.
e) No phone calls please.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
a) This contest is open to residents of the WACH Fox Designated Market Area (DMA) which includes parts of the counties of Richland, Lexington, Calhoun, Kershaw, Fairfield, Saluda, Newberry, Lee, Sumter, Clarendon and Orangeburg.
b) Entrants must be 18 years or older.
c) Employees of Barrington Broadcasting LLC, participating sponsor(s), their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers and their advertising and production agencies (collectively, "the Sponsor(s)") and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouse) and households of each such employee are not eligible to participate or win a prize.

3. ENTRY DEADLINE DATES
To be eligible, all online entries must be submitted to and received from 12 a.m. beginning the first day of each month up through 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the same month.

4. CONTEST PRIZE DESCRIPTION(S) AND ESTIMATED VALUATION(S)
The prize package includes a haircut, color, 1 hour massage, 1 hour facial, manicure and pedicure from Carmen! Carmen!. Prize package is only valid at the Columbiana Mall location and must be used within 21 days following the end of the contest.

5. SELECTION OF WINNER(S)
On the last day of each month, a random winner will be drawn from the online entries.

6. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
a) Entries must be complete and legible in order to qualify. Entries will be void if they are in whole or in part incomplete, illegible, irregular or otherwise questionable at the discretion of the Sponsor(s).
b) All entries become the property of the Sponsor(s), who reserve the right to use any or all information submitted by entrants for the Sponsor.
c) Entrants agree that if selected as a winner, WACH Fox has permission to use their names on-air, in print or online in connection with the announcement of contest winners.
c) Entrants have 24 hours to accept their prize from the time of first e-mail contact. If, after 24 hours, the entrant is unable to participate or has not responded, a new winner will be chosen.
d) Winners must be willing and available for a before and after on-air segment with WACH Fox talent. If winner is not interested in participating on-air, a second place winner will be chosen.
e) Winners must come to the station to pick up their prize between 9 am and 12 pm, Monday through Friday, and at that time be available for a 10-minute interview with WACH Fox talent.
