First of all, I think that the show tended to showcase Adam more than Kris by far. I think that both Adam and Kris were great and I actually did think Adam was going to win from the very first show. However, I'm so happy for Kris and glad that he won!! It just goes to show you that people tend to gravitate to others that they can relate to...Kris was the down-to-earth guy and Adam was the outlandish rocker. There's no doubt Adam probably already has a recording contract. I'm a huge fan of the show and will continue to watch it every season.

I use to love to watch American Idol up until NOW! Adam Lambert was clearly the American Idol( Gay or Not). I think the reason Adam didn't win is because of his lifestyle. Kris whatever his name is- should have been voted off three shows ago! They have pushed for kris to win this and I really think it's unfair to Adam Lambert who has worked so hard all his life for this! OH Well- AT LEAST WE KNOW WHY ALL THE CELEBS WERE THERE FOR ADAM( HELLO KISS- amazing!) and Katy perry! WE WILL SEE MORE OF ADAM LAMBERT TO COME! I do think that Kris was very humbled when he stated that Adam deserved it. This season was like the season when Taylor Hicks won( Clearly Wrong the person) and Melinda doolittle was voted off. This goes to show that not every American Idol is really the American Idol. I can tell you one thing- I will never watch this show again ( I'm pretty sure that alot more people will agree). It's bad when simon didn't even stand up for kris when he was singing!

I'm happy for Kris but I think Adam should have won.Adam can sing anything.The rockers never win.Adam is awesome.Either way we will hear more from Adam very soon.He's probably already got a recording contract.

Adam sang circles around Kris. Watching Adam was like being at a concert and left you wanting more.
Kris is very forgetable and even he knew it.
It was an obvious set up when the songs for Kris were his style and Adams were no where near rock and when they showed the home towns they dwelled on Kris home and family but rushed thru adams.

Same thing when ryan talked to the parents at the finals , Kris mom and dad had a lot more camera time and Adams basically got the brush off.

Great show with the wrong ending but Adam WILL be a success and Kris will disappear in a year or two to be forgotten.

I've never quite understood it, but it seems the "rocker" never wins; I'm not complaining! I'm thrilled Kris won!!
