COLUMBIA (WACH/AP) -- Fort Jackson and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce are once again hosting  a job fair for military veterans, members of the National Guard and Reserve, and their spouses on Tuesday.

The event will be the Solomon Center from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on  Fort Jackson.

Among the offerings, a veterans' network transition assistance program is being offered beginning at 9 a.m., mentoring sessions with employed veterans on resume building and interview skills

Employers with available positions are asked to register in advance. Job seekers may register for free to guarantee a space. For information, contact: hiringourheroes@uschamber.com or 202-463-5807.
