Moe Baddoura’s culinary education began early.
The man behind Moe’s Grapevine Italian Restaurant was raised in a “household of superior international cooks,” which prepared him well for life as a restaurateur.
After graduating from the University of South Carolina, Baddoura served stints at Hyatt properties in the region and later returned to Columbia, where he worked in baked goods and pastries and later as a head chef.
But with Moe’s Grapevine, the experienced restaurateur now has his own restaurant where his culinary skills are shining as bright as ever.
At Moe’s Grapevine, you’ll find traditional Italian dishes including chicken parmigiana, chicken saltimbocca, pesto shrimp scampi and veal parmigiana. But the restaurant also offers “Moe’s Original” dishes with tastes you won’t find anywhere else: Grapevine Veal Scaloppine, Chicken Portabella, Chicken Pancetta and Scallops Lemoncello (large sea scallops glazed with sweet lemon and lime vodka).
Enjoy the food, the atmosphere and the occasional live music at Moe’s Grapevine, “a dining experience to enjoy again and again!”
