Arash Arabi, D.P.M Dr. Arash (Roger) Arabi joined The Foot Institute in May 2010. His undergraduate degree is from Binghamton University and his medical degree is from New York College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Arabi completed residencies in podiatric medicine and foot surgery at Catholic Medical Center in New York and St. Vincent Medical Center in Massachusetts. He has a special interest in Biomechanic and Diabetic Foot Surgery. He is a member of the South Carolina Podiatric Medical Association and the American Podiatric Medical Association. Kevin L. Ray. D. P. M., Doctor Dr. Kevin L. Ray is a founding member of The Foot Institute. His undergraduate degree is from South Carolina State University and his medical degree from New York College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Ray completed a residency in podiatric medicine and orthopedics at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and in foot and ankle surgery at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia. He has a special interest in reconstructive foot surgery. He is a member of the South Carolina Podiatric Medical Association and American Podiatric Medical Association. Chansina (John) Um, D.P.M Dr. John Um is a founding member of The Foot Institute. His undergraduate degree is from the University of South Carolina and his medical degree from Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Um completed residencies in podiatric medicine and surgery at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and Wychoff Height Medical Center in New York City. He has a special interest in diabetic foot surgery. He is a member of the South Carolina Podiatric Medical Association and American Podiatric Medical Association. Maureen Quinlan, D.P.M Dr. Maureen Quinlan joined The Foot Institute in October 2008. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Massachusetts and her medical degree is from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Quinlan completed residencies in podiatric medicine and foot and ankle surgery at Kennedy Memorial Hospital in New Jersey and Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia. She has a special interest in Women's Foot Health. She is a member of the South Carolina Podiatric Medical Association and the American Podiatric Medical Association. Renee Hutto-Altman, D.P.M Dr. Renee Hutto-Altman joined The Foot Institute in December 2008. Her undergraduate degree is from the College of Charleston and her medical degree is from Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Hutto-Altman completed residence in podiatric medicine at the Veterans' Administration Medical Center in Huntington, West Virginia. She has a special interest in wound care. She is a member of the South Carolina Podiatric Medical Association and the American Podiatric Medical Association.
