MEET THE TEENS:

Teens to WACH is a peer leadership program recognizing 9-12 graders in our community who are good students, civic minded and drug and alcohol free. Teens to WACH go above and beyond in all aspects of their lives. These teens are recognized and rewarded for their community service, school achievements, staying drug free and being a good role model.
According to the South Carolina Department of Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Services (DAODAS), 70 percent of ninth through twelfth graders in South Carolina have tried alcohol. DAODAS is actively involved in educating our community about underage drinking.
Nominate a Teen to WACH by picking up a nomination form at any Midlands-area high school, or get one at the WACH FOX 57 studios, located at 1400 Pickens Street in downtown Columbia. You can complete the Teens To WACH online application, or you can e-mail us at teens@wach.com.
