Back in April the City of Columbia announced they were going online, listing there spending habits for everyone to see.  Six months later its still a work in progress and twelve other municipalities including Irmo and Cayce offer a detailed list of there spending for everyone to see. Comptroller General Richard Eckstorm would like to see all municipalities offer there citizens the chance to see how there money is spent.  Columbia officials told Wach Fox News they plan to have a detailed list up for the public to view by 2010.
