All good things must come to an end, and after 28 weeks Janet's Journey has run its course.  Just because one thing comes to an end that doesn't mean the momentum or goal is lost.  I will continue to push toward my ultimate goal of losing 100 lbs.  So far I have lost close to 40 lbs which may not seem like a lot but for me that's like going to the end of the world and back!!  The college years definitely added on the pounds but I am not a student anymore, I have turned a new leaf and have a completely new outlook on life.  Thank you for all of you followed me throughout my journey I hope and pray that I was able to inspire some of you to start your own journies, whether its losing weight, quitting a bad habit, or just remembering to say "I love you..." its a step towards improving the real you!
