Hello everyone! It’s been awhile, but I have some great news to hopefully help all of you get pumped on your journeys... I have lost another 5 pounds!!!!
Thanksgiving did not get the best of me and I hope it didn’t get the best of you, either. Keep up the pace.
Lori told me if I can hold steady and not gain any pounds during the holiday season that the weight will come right off. I know it's hard, but Thanksgiving and Christmas are big tests. If you can maintain or not gain any weight during those two holidays, you are well on your way to shedding those pounds.

Today’s note: Sometimes it’s the inches that really matter so don’t sweat the small stuff, or rather what we think is the big stuff (those pounds). Find a weight that makes you happy and remember a healthy weight is the key!
