It's no secret to anyone that when Jeffrey Lampkin enters the room, his warm heart and bubbly personality will make even the darkest day a bright one. A native of Manning, SC, Jeffrey joined the WACH Fox Good Day Columbia Team in 2008 as an Idol Correspondent after a successful run on Season 7 of the hit TV Show, American Idol. Jeffrey continued to become a must-see for the viewers and transitioned to Entertainment Reporter for Good Day Columbia.

Jeffrey graduated from Manning High School in 2000. He received a Bachelor Degree in Sociology from Newberry College and a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University.

In his spare time, Jeffrey enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is the Director of Worship and Arts at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church. He is a volunteer for the Dorcus Den Foundation, Executive Director of the South Carolina Collegiate Gospelfest, and the Living Hope Foundation. Jeffrey is an award winning Choir Director and works with choirs across the southeast in churches, high schools, and colleges.

His passion for the People and his desire to see someone smile, gives him the drive to make your day smile the local way. As Jeffrey would say...Coffee Cups Up, Pinky' Out...Take A Little Time and Enjoy The View!!!
