ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
WACH TV is looking for an Account Executive to sell broadcast advertising, internet, multi-platform media and local search packages to local business owners. The ideal candidate will have the follow qualifications:
- Strong computer, communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in direct selling to local business, and/or phone sales important.
- Must be organized with good leadership skills.
- College degree preferred.
Compensation: At entry level, salary in the $25,000 range and includes healthcare benefits.

BUSINESS MANAGER
Full time position responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business office, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and human resources. Prepare and process GL journal entries, bank reconciliations and balance subsidiary accounts. Responsible for month end closing through trail balance and financial statement, yearly audits and station budget preparations.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: College degree and 3 or more years experience as a full charge accountant. Experience in the broadcasting industry preferred.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must be personable and able to work effectively with many personalities. Candidate must be self motivated, an excellent communicator, a multi-tasker, detail oriented, thorough and organized.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to sit at a desk up to 7 hours a day.

REPORTER/PRODUCER
Full-time duties include: Creative story development; report, shoot and edit news stories; produce various newscast segments.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Degree in broadcast journalism and/or at least 2 years experience.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must be motivated with strong organizational skills and an even stronger desire to excel. Must be personable, punctual, and reliable. Must have valid drivers license and good driving record.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Requires ability to lift 35 pounds.
