Richland County deputies are trying to identify a man they say could potentially know key details or witnessed key events that led to a murder.

Twenty-three-year-old Natasha Warren was found shot to death in her car near an Interstate 26 exit ramp in August. Investigators say she got a flat tire on her way to work, pulled over and walked to the Sunoco convenience store on Bush River Road. Warren was seen going into the Sunoco four times.

Deputies say a man wearing an orange shirt who was captured on surveillance entered the Sunoco two minutes after the last time Warren was there. Authorities say he came in from the same area of the parking lot as Warren, and that he appears to be the only person in that area of the parking lot.

Investigators think he may have seen Warren speaking to or interacting with someone.

If you recognize this man, or have information that might help investigators, call CrimeStoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
